Terms and Conditions

Home delivery applies to the FY postcode area only. By ordering and selecting the "Home Delivery" option, you confirm that you would like the products delivering to an address in the FY postcode area. The Tanning Lounge reserves the right to add any postage charges if the products are to be delivered any further.

Read the label in full before using any of the products that we supply. If in doubt, contact your Doctor. The Tanning Lounge accepts no liability for death or personal injury caused by any of the products supplied.

All products are sold in a sealed container. If the products The Tanning Lounge deliver to you are not as ordered or are damaged, defective or of incorrect quantity The Tanning Lounge's liability shall be limited to replacing the damaged or defective products or making good the shortfall in quantity or at The Tanning Lounge's option crediting the price and delivery charges of those products to your credit/debit card.

The Tanning Lounge shall not be liable to you for failure to deliver products ordered by you unless you notify us within 42 days of the date of your order. The Tanning Lounge's liability shall be limited to delivering the products ordered or at The Tanning Lounge's option crediting the price and delivery charges of the non-delivered products to your credit/debit card.

The Tanning Lounge, its directors, employees and other agents shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, special or consequential loss or damage including loss of profit or any other form of compensation. Nothing in these terms and conditions shall be construed to limit The Tanning Lounge's liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence.

This does not affect your statutory rights.
